Every new account gets 7 days of full access, no credit card required. If Narrow isn't for you, just don't subscribe — nothing to cancel.

If you subscribe to a monthly or annual plan and change your mind within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime from Settings and you won't be charged again; already-paid periods aren't prorated.

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net using the email on your order, or email us via /contact and we'll help. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
